Working on design-build site logistics for projects ranging from $2 million to over $200 million, you will join a team delivering practical, safe, and efficient solutions on busy job sites. Based in Santa Teresa, NM, this on-site role requires coordinating with superintendents, managing subcontractors, tracking costs, and supporting procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.
• Experience with budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan with the project team.
• Assist in management of subcontractors and self-perform scopes.
• Monitor budget, change management, and capital asset rental programs.
• Generate project costs and Job Cost Report; forecast quarterly Total Cost Projections.
• Coordinate equipment needs with vendors; assist with material purchases.
• Support bidding in preconstruction services; ensure safety and quality.
• Participate in project schedule, QA processes, and close-out activities.
