Concrete Strategies LLC. is seeking an experienced construction operations coordinator to support active projects in New Mexico. The role covers setup, cost tracking, on-site activity, and coordination with general contractors, owners, and the CSI Operations manager on manpower and resources.

The position emphasizes project cost reporting, safety compliance, and quality control, with a culture of proactive problem-solving and teamwork. A relevant degree and hands-on site experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineer recommended.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Basic/general knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Energetic, motivated, with a sense of urgency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support for operations on active jobs, including setup, buyout familiarity, cost tracking, and on-site daily activity involvement.
• Assist in project sequencing, scheduling, and cost reporting.
• Coordinate with GC/Owner and CSI Operations manager on manpower/resources.
• Assist with invoice coding/approval and change order tracking.
• Monitor safety compliance, quality control, and production analysis.
