Job summary

HCL is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, enforce safety and compliance, and translate strategy into actionable objectives. You will serve as the main link between site teams and leadership, driving efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities include leading hiring, onboarding, scheduling, audits, 24x7 coverage, and data-driven reporting on metrics. Willingness to travel between sites and manage on-call rotations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in site management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between sites for audits, meetings, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, monitor performance metrics, allocate resources.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manage employee transitions.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure 24x7 site coverage and on-call support.
• Prepare customer-facing reports on MTTA, MTTC, MTTR, SLA performance, and trends.
