Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support site logistics under the Site Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator. The role involves coordinating material deliveries, processing requisitions, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation on a construction site with travel to the San Angelo, TX project.

Ideal candidates will have 0–1 year in project logistics, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in project logistics or site logistics coordination.
• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with field staff and suppliers clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receipt and tracking of project materials with SLS and procurement.
• Coordinate material deliveries and guide receiving/ offload crews on inspection and inventory procedures.
• Generate and process field and purchase requisitions, MRPs, site storage maps, and shipping documentation.
• Support safety compliance and on-time shipment and order fill targets at assigned locations.
