Logistics coordinator is responsible for efficient management of incoming material to the project site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather information about incoming deliveries and the needs of the various construction teams.
• Coordinate/control staging of trucks and their movements on the production site.
• Coordinate the flow of material from arrival to site for usage by the construction teams or delivery to stock; minimize movements/picks and handling damages, maximize space utilization.
• Ensure that offloading is made safely and that material is properly placed.
• Provide input to the goods receipt process.
• Make and report results of incoming inspections.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support the store man with stock transfers.
