Ford is seeking a Site Leader to drive safe, efficient operations at a fast-paced parts distribution center in Winchester, VA. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and foster strong dealer and carrier relationships to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes leadership development, safety, and continuous improvement using PDCA and lean principles. UAW experience is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field is required.
Proven leadership of a Parts Distribution Center or equivalent.
Experience with daily parts distribution and DPA environment preferred.
Experience with UAW facilities or negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee High Velocity Center daily operations to ensure timely parts processing.
Drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and KPI targets.
Lead budget planning and achieve financial targets.
Develop leaders and mentor salaried and hourly teams.
Build strong relationships with dealers, carriers, and supply chain partners.
Promote a positive, compliant work environment.
