Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH seeks a Site Leader to manage two automated logistics sites in Neuenburg am Rhein and drive the ramp-up of a second site to full operational maturity. You will oversee facility management, safety, and quality while delivering service improvements, cost efficiency, and scalable growth across a modern logistics network.

You bring 10+ years of leadership in automated logistics, deep WMS/ERP expertise, and a proven ability to lead across multiple sites; fluency in English

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in large-scale automated logistics operations.
• Deep operational expertise across end-to-end logistics processes, including WMS/ERP and automation.
• Strong ability to lead through change, build high-performing teams and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the full strategic and operational leadership of both logistics sites in Neuenburg am Rhein.
• Translate supply chain strategy and growth ambitions into a scalable, high-performing logistics setup.
• Lead the ramp-up of the second site from go-live to full operational maturity, ensuring integration into the broader network.
• Build and develop a cross-site management team delivering operational excellence at scale.
• End-to-end accountability for all logistics processes including Facility Management, Health & Safety, and Quality.
• Drive service, productivity, and cost efficiency through clear standards and performance management.
• Own the operational performance and evolution of a fully automated logistics site, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Translate strategic priorities into KPIs and ensure delivery across both sites.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards; foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
