Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH seeks a Site Coordinator / Operations Project Manager for our Neuenburg am Rhein site. You will lead small to medium logistics projects, from concept through implementation, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to meet cost, time, and quality targets.

The role requires strong analytical and PM skills, with experience in logistics or infrastructure projects and fluency in German or French and English.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with education or training in PM, FM, or SCM.
• Technical background and initial experience as a project manager, ideally in logistics/infrastructure.
• Excellent written and spoken German or French, plus English.

Responsibilities

• Owns small and medium logistics projects from concept to implementation.
• Research, analyze, and cost-justify decisions for Site Lead.
• Coordinate cross-departmental work and manage stakeholders, timelines, and resources.
