You will connect with the Market Director above and mentor future leaders, ensuring daily site performance beyond mere presence. In this role you will shape culture, lead safety and brand standards, manage operations, and push for sales growth through memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team: recruit, hire, train, coach, and performance manage all team members

• Conduct development conversations and readiness of future leaders
• Ensure staff follow safety, customer service, and operational standards consistently
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience: champion a welcoming, service-oriented environment
• Resolve escalated concerns and coach the team on customer engagement
• Lead membership growth strategies and upselling based on services
• Oversee site operations & equipment performance: manage daily workflow, maintenance, and vendor support
• Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase performance and reduce downtime
• Drive sales, profitability & business results: set targets, lead promotions, monitor KPIs
• Ensure safety, compliance & brand standards: enforce health and environmental protocols
• Conduct audits and site inspections for consistency and compliance
