Tidal Wave Auto Spa seeks a Site Leader to manage all aspects of the operation at our Kentucky location. You will lead 10-15 team members, drive teamwork, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while overseeing maintenance and daily procedures.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, working outdoors in varied weather, and a willingness to work evenings/weekends. Competitive compensation includes base pay, bonuses, and profit sharing.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
• A willingness to work on equipment and get hands dirty.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality service.
• Perform limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees at all levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility and equipment rooms.
