Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Lead/System Engineer to oversee system-level requirements, integration, verification, and UAT testing for JWICS solutions supporting DISA customers. The role ensures design, deployment, integration, maintenance, and support are fully operational.

Responsibilities include supervising a 10–15 person team, defining processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting technical status to leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years' professional experience; active TS/SCI.
• Security+ or equivalent certification per DoD 8140 requirements.
• Data-driven DoD operations experience; system engineering background.
• 3+ years of management and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Windows and Linux (RHEL) environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory duties for a team of 10–15 personnel, including regular check-ins and annual reviews; approve time-charging for personnel; provide coaching.
• Data gathering, requirements definition, use case development, gap analysis, and design specification.
• Lead engineering activities: requirements analysis, implementation planning, integration and test, documentation, deployment, and system assessment.
