Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Site Lead and Program Manager to expand MTSI’s Crane presence, lead onsite technical teams, and manage OTA contracts.

You will build relationships with NSWC Crane stakeholders, align activities with mission priorities, and oversee staffing, facilities, and timely performance to ensure compliant delivery.

A DoD leadership background and security clearance eligibility are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience leading and running DoD engineering R&D teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations for MTSI personnel at NSWC Crane and surrounding work.
• Represent MTSI to current and prospective Crane customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee OTA contract program management including schedule, cost, and performance oversight.
