Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience (4-6 years).
• DoD 8140 Cyber IT Workforce compliant (Security+ or equivalent).
• Experience in general networking and network administration, upgrades and operations.
• Strong writing skills with reports in Microsoft Office including Visio.

Responsibilities

• Identify, gather and review requirements for wired/wireless LAN design and implementation.
• Perform site surveys to design, place devices and materials for LANs.
• Create and deliver documentation for design, location, materials and integration.
• Lead teams, train technicians and junior engineers; supervise subcontractors.
• Test and evaluate wired/wireless networks to meet security thresholds.
