Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring janitorial/cleaning duties are completed in accordance with established contracts.
• Coordinate information concerning inspections, maintenance of equipment, documentation and training.
• Supervise a work crew and perform contractual janitorial duties as necessary (working supervisor position).
• Oversee in‑house services such as cleaning, maintenance/repair and other assigned services.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards.
