Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• Standard teaching certificates (CE/CEAS) preferred; NJ clearance may be required.
• Proven coaching experience in public or charter schools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tutor performance and program logistics.
• Review tutor lesson plans and maintain digital attendance records.
• Coordinate weekly coaching meetings and manage tutor schedules.
• Provide feedback to tutors and guide data-driven instruction with iReady.
• Cover tutoring sessions when needed and communicate site concerns.
