Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Site Lead (UK) responsible for day-to-day operations at an OCONUS site. You will implement procedures, plan program execution, and monitor progress to deliver mission-critical government projects. The position requires Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 8+ years of related experience, with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with US citizenship required.
• Experience supervising program operations and directing execution.
• Knowledge of antenna/RF systems and GT configurations.

Responsibilities

• Directs program execution of GT/T3 sustainment tasks and plans.
• Lead daily site operations, ensuring quality and efficiency for the customer.
• Coordinate with Government and clients for approval of timelines and changes.
• Maintain and update system specifications, ICDs, and documentation.
• Identify obsolete GT equipment and recommend replacements.
• Provide Tier 3 level support for GT software and hardware.
