Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Site Lead to oversee day-to-day operations at an OCONUS site, ensuring procedural compliance, program execution, and progress reporting. You will supervise multi-disciplined teams and coordinate with government personnel and stakeholders to maintain GT antenna systems and configurations.

The role requires Top Secret SCI + Polygraph eligibility, 8+ years of related experience, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Skilled in supervising program operations, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at an OCONUS site and ensure procedures and controls are followed.
• Lead GT/IT engineering tasks at Tier 3 level, including sustainment and documentation updates.
• Coordinate with Government and customer on timelines, baselines, and procurement needs.
• Maintain and update system documentation, configuration baselines, and ICDs for GT antenna systems.
• Escalate issues to vendors as needed to maintain GT antenna operations.
