Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Site Lead Mechanic to oversee operation and maintenance of aircraft, subsystems, and support gear. The role covers contractor-owned spares, repairs at FAA-certified stations, and on-site liaison duties with the Government.

Requirements include 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, 3+ years on King Air/1900 family, FAA A&P license, and the ability to lead a team. U.S. citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience.
• 3+ years King Air/1900 series maintenance with complex modifications.
• 1+ year as site lead on a similar effort.
• FAA A&P license current.
• Ability to direct a work force in aircraft maintenance, repair and modification.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance; US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
