Job summary

Syenta seeks a visionary leader to establish and run our new cleanroom facility and laboratory. You will guide a diverse team, shape processes, and present our technology to investors, customers, and collaborators.

A master’s degree with 5+ years in advanced semiconductor packaging, strong communication, and hands-on lab leadership are required. You’ll drive ISO/GMP compliance, develop new tech, and create compelling demonstrations that showcase our localized electrochemical manufacturing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or chemistry field; Ph.D. preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• 5+ years in technology development, preferably within advanced semiconductor packaging.
• Proficient in process development, QA/QC, and root cause analysis.
• Strong teamwork in a cross-functional environment; cleanroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish operations of a new facility and labs and lead demonstrations for external stakeholders.
• Build quality systems for reliable operations.
• Lead an interdisciplinary on-site team with clear deliverables and growth.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear investor/customer demos.
• Provide technical leadership for new product development and roadmap.
• Investigate defects and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day cleanroom operations and ISO/GMP/GLP compliance.
