Job summary

US Tool Group is seeking a Site Lead for California that will manage inventory, place and track purchasing orders, and coordinate with site buyers and suppliers. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and proactive problem solving within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with site buyers daily and warehouse personnel to manage inventory
• Check and correct inventory discrepancies and use the system to locate stock
• Place PO against requisitions and expedite orders
• Evaluate stock levels, usage, and replenishment records
• Notify supervisor of spikes in usage and any unusual findings
• Report discrepancies between POs, packing lists and invoices
• Continually seek better products, compare pricing, and identify trends
• Support process improvements and vendor communication
