Job summary

US Tool Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Site Lead to oversee procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination. You will manage material flow, ensure on-time delivery, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with site buyers daily and warehouse as necessary.
• Check and correct inventory discrepancies and use the system to locate available inventory.
• Place PO against requisitions and expedite orders; evaluate usage and replenishment records.
• Print reports and purchase orders; respond to discrepancies between POs, packing lists, and invoices.
• Notify supervisor of notable spikes in usage and report unusual inventory findings.
