Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, ensuring a clean, healthy environment for customers and clients.

You will manage crew performance, perform cleaning duties, maintain supplies, and follow safety protocols while communicating with clients in English. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and timely, professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced and multitasked environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site and maintain a clean, healthy environment for customers and clients.
• Ensure crew performance is within ServiceMaster standards and communicate with the customer.
• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and be in uniform, dependable and on time.
