Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, lead the crew, and serve as the customer’s primary contact. This part-time role offers evening shifts and a chance to ensure a clean, healthy environment for clients and staff.

You will manage cleaning tasks, lead by example, maintain safety practices, and coordinate with the customer to meet ServiceMaster standards. Excellent English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred), but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• A positive attitude — in uniform, dependable, and on time.
• Respect for co-workers and customers.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — Ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and communicates with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture/equipment using standard procedures.
• Inventory — Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required.
• Site Security — Open/close facilities and arm/disarm security systems as needed.
• Additional Duties — Other duties as assigned.
