WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Troubleshoot IT Issues: Identify and resolve IT failures promptly to restore services efficiently.
• Manage IT Administration: Oversee patch management, software updates, user accounts, and maintain an accurate inventory of IT components.
• Documentation Management: Provide and maintain accurate documentation for all IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including switches, servers, and client systems.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, including new installations and modifications of existing equipment and systems, to improve business processes.
• Capital Project Support: Support the successful deployment of capital projects as part of a cross-functional team.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve IT practices and policies proactively.
