Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Site IT Technology Leader for our Brewton, AL containerboard manufacturing facility. You will be the site IT leader and accountable partner to mill leadership—aligning people, priorities, and technology to safely enable reliable operations and manufacturing transformation.

The role requires building partnerships across process control, engineering, and corporate IT; owning the site technical roadmap to improve reliability and deliver continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the site IT team.
• Build partnerships with process control, engineering, and corporate IT.
• Own and execute the site technical roadmap with mill leadership.
• Run ITIL-aligned operations (incident, problem, change).
• Track and improve service performance using KPIs/SLAs.
• Lead site-based IT projects end-to-end.
• Adhere to cybersecurity standards and process-control security requirements.
• Support and improve site IT/OT infrastructure.
