Job summary

You will manage infrastructure and cloud services (Azure/AWS), deploy Microsoft 365, coordinate vendor relationships, and drive project delivery, security, and business continuity. The role requires strong collaboration and the ability to work autonomously on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on IT support or generalist IT role.
• Experience as sole or lead IT resource on a site and autonomous.
• Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop administration.
• MS 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing vendors to SLAs.
• Experience delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve local network, server and cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS as applicable).
• Administer Microsoft 365 across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Own ticket queue end to end and support site IT needs on floor.
• Represent Wheat Ridge on group IT initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
