Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a Site IT Operations Intern to lead end-to-end IT/OT engineering and site operations for a manufacturing or distribution facility. You will help ensure 24x7 resilience, security, and compliance while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations and digital technologies.

The role requires pursuing a B.S. in a technical field and exposure to manufacturing IT, incident management, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Avail during summer of 2027 for a 12 week internship from mid/late May through early August.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Manufacturing IT exposure and familiarity with manufacturing technology and systems operations.
• Understanding of incident management, organizational change, and problem management processes.
• Foundational knowledge of network operations or application management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and ability to support P&G's cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT/OT initiatives at the site to ensure continuous operation of critical infrastructure.
• Contribute to security, resilience, and compliance programs for plant IT/OT systems.
• Collaborate with site teams to drive digital technology projects and optimization.
