Job summary

Procter & Gamble invites students to join as a Site IT Operations Intern, contributing to end-to-end IT/OT engineering for a manufacturing site or distribution center. You will drive continuous improvement, build supply chain IT operations expertise, and help maintain secure, compliant 24x7 plant systems.

As a site intern, you may work at one of our U.S. plant locations, gaining hands-on exposure to IT operations, security, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across the business.

Qualifications

• 12-week internship starting summer 2027
• Pursuing one of: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Manufacturing IT exposure desired; familiarity with manufacturing tech and systems operations
• Understanding of incident management and problem management processes
• Foundational knowledge of network operations or application management
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and ability to support cybersecurity initiatives at P&G
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end IT/OT engineering for a manufacturing site or distribution center
• Drive continuous improvement and gain supply chain IT operations experience
• Be a change agent to ensure always-on, secure, and compliant plant operations
• Possibly work at a plant location anywhere in the USA
