Job summary

BorgWarner's Indiana Technical Center in Kokomo, IN seeks a Site IT Manager to lead all IT services onsite, align with enterprise strategies, and drive digital initiatives including AI adoption. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT business partner and single point of contact in front of plant leadership, aligning IT services with business priorities.
• Own site-level IT execution and governance of IT/OT, including MES/SCADA, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Lead AI adoption at the site, coach engineers and operators on Copilots and enterprise AI tools, and develop practical prototypes.
• Manage end-to-end IT service performance, escalate incidents, and drive root-cause analysis to reduce recurring issues.
• Lead site IT projects and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with global/regional priorities and PMO standards.
• Develop and grow local IT talent, fostering ownership, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.
