Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an installation specialist to lead Advanced Therapy System installations across a network of facilities. You will provide high-level support to field service teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

The role requires evaluating room layouts, vendor installation quality, and coordinating with vendors and project management. Travel overnight and possible weekend work; must reside within 1 hour of a major airport.

Qualifications

• Technical training or associate degree; 8+ years’ experience.
• Experience with Advanced Therapies installations preferred.
• Willing to travel overnight; weekend work may be required.
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport.
• Strong customer and communication skills.
• Organized, self-sufficient, able to work with little supervision.
• Demonstrated thorough knowledge of a technical area.

Responsibilities

• Install Advanced Therapy Systems per factory instructions.
• Provide high-level installation support to field service; communicate issues.
• Keep projects on schedule while ensuring quality.
• Evaluate room layout and installation quality of vendors.
• Troubleshoot, correct errors, order parts, and feedback to vendors.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Advanced Therapy System installations in accordance with factory instructions and specifications
• You provide high level installation support to field service organization as needed and communicate and escape technical issues and delays
• You keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality
• You evaluate room layout and installation quality of our mechanical install vendors
• You troubleshoot, correct contractor and factory errors and mistakes; order missing or damaged parts; provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management and planning

Your Expertise

• Technical training or degree associates preferred 8+ year's experience
• Experience with Advanced Therapies installations preferred
• Ability to travel overnight as needed and you may require weekend work and may be gone for longer periods of time
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport
• Superb customer and communication skills
• Organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision
• Successfully demonstrate thorough/ advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area

Salary

The base pay range for this position is: $76,660 - $105,413 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Role Requirements

This position requires a background check, drug screen & valid drivers’ license. Company vehicle is provided, also for private use. This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and a satisfactory driving record. Must live within 1 hour of a major airport.
