Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced installation technician for Advanced Therapy Systems. The role involves on-site installation per factory specs, providing high-level field support, and ensuring timely project delivery with quality control.

You will assess room layouts, evaluate vendor installation quality, and troubleshoot issues with contractors and factories. Travel may be required; a valid driver's license and background checks are part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Advanced Therapy System installations in accordance with factory instructions and specifications
• You provide high level installation support to field service organization as needed and communicate and elevate technical issues and delays
• You keep installation projects on schedule while assuring quality
• You evaluate room layout and installation quality of our mechanical install vendors
• You troubleshoot, correct contractor and factory errors and mistakes; order missing or damaged parts; provide feedback to vendors, factory, project management and planning

Your Expertise

• Technical training or degree associates preferred
• 8+ year's experience
• Experience with Advanced Therapies installations preferred
• Ability to travel overnight as needed and you may require weekend work and may be gone for longer periods of time
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport
• Superb customer and communication skills
• Organized, self-sufficient and capable of working with little or no supervision
• Successfully demonstrate thorough/ advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area
• This position requires a background check, drug screen & valid drivers’ license

Company vehicle is provided, also for private use.

This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license in the state they reside and a satisfactory driving record.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$76,660 - $105,413

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require Siemens Healthineers employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. Unless prohibited by law, position must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: Proof of valid identification (photo, driver's license, SSN) Criminal background checks Drug screens Immunizations (COVID-19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus) Annual TB testing Healthcare training.
