Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Installation Supervisor to oversee the on-site installation of prefabricated components, including windows, doors, insulation, and related products. You will plan, coordinate, and assign work to meet installation scheduling goals and ensure smooth operations across subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years in related installation supervision, with strong skills in scheduling, safety, and ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years related installation supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating schedules, materials, and subcontractors to meet installation goals.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installs by coordinating with sales commitments and fabrication loads.
• Monitor installation schedules and optimize use of equipment and manpower.
• Supervise staff including training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and conduct periodic safety meetings.
