Mission: Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on-time delivery and product quality. Develop a production team that consistently delivers high-quality products efficiently. Ensure proper use of industrial information systems and provide training and support to users.

Main Activities:

• Responsible for safety, quality, cost, and delivery of the assigned shift
• Lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives
• Monitor quality levels and root causes; correct non-conformances
• Maintain processes according to control plans and ensure standards are followed
• Supervise production associates
• Apply policies and procedures consistently
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans
• Understand customer requirements regarding quality and delivery
• Provide feedback to the department manager on quality or production issues
• Develop associates into cross-trained, high-performing team members
• Support users and collaborate to analyze and resolve cross-domain issues
• Ensure production and scrap declarations are completed for all products
• Monitor and analyze MES journal error messages; escalate when necessary
• Report shift performance and deviations; facilitate quick issue resolution and inform shift leaders
• Promote golden rules (RFID tagging, label positioning, no bypassing or repositioning)
• Report hardware issues to IT
• Analyze and correct exception reports
