Mission: Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on-time delivery and product quality. Develop a production team that provides a consistently high-quality product efficiently. Ensure proper use of the industrial information system. Provide training and support to users.

Main Activities

• Responsible for safety, quality, cost and delivery of assigned shift
• Lead team and promote teamwork to achieve objectives
• Monitor quality levels and root causes; correct non-conformances
• Maintain processes per process control plans and ensure standards are followed
• Supervise production associates
• Apply policies and procedures consistently
• Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans
• Understand customer requirements for quality and delivery
• Provide feedback to department management on quality or production issues
• Develop associates into cross-trained, high-performing team members
• Support users and collaborate to resolve cross-domain issues
• Ensure production and scrap declarations are completed for all products
• Monitor and analyze MES error messages; escalate as needed
• Report shift performance and deviations; address issues promptly
• Promote golden rules (RFID tagging, label positioning, no bypassing or repositioning)
• Report hardware issues to IT
• Analyze and correct errors based on exception reports
