Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking an HSE Training Specialist to support site health, safety, and environmental initiatives, delivering classroom and on-the-job training.

You will develop training modules, maintain training matrices, coordinate sessions, and participate in safety audits and meetings to uphold client and company standards.

This role requires 5–7 years of related experience, strong communication and teaching skills, and the ability to work a 5/8 schedule on site in Texas.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering HSE training to varying groups.
  • Ability to develop and present training materials.
  • Proficient with training portals and documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HSE training modules using company and client procedures.
  • Deliver and present HSE training to all employee levels.
  • Maintain training matrix and track expirations.
  • Schedule training sessions to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain Incident Management System entries.
  • Participate in safety meetings and audits.
  • Lead employee participation in safety events.
