Solvay is seeking an Executive/HR Assistant for our Green River site to provide high-visibility support to the Resident Manager and HR team. You will help manage communications, onboarding, and employee engagement while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across Operations and Safety.
In this role, you’ll plan meetings, prepare reports, and handle travel arrangements, contributing to a positive employee experience and strong site leadership support in a fast-paced environment.

Our Green River Leadership Team, composed of leaders across Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Environmental, Logistics, and other key functions, focuses on driving safety, production, quality, cost performance, and employee engagement across the site.
As an Executive/HR Assistant, you will provide administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the Resident Manager and Human Resources team while serving as a key contributor to employee and community relations activities. In this highly visible role, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders, support site leadership initiatives, and help foster a positive employee experience across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to play an important role in site operations, employee engagement, community outreach, and leadership support while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

We offer permanent at-will employment based onsite in Green River, Wyoming, working a 4/10 schedule
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
3-5 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, human resources, or business support role.
SHRM certification is preferred but not required. Experience supporting senior leaders, managing confidential information, and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $87,200-$130,800 per year in the United States.
Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
