Stord Fulfillment, LLC seeks a Site Manager, Health, Safety & Security in Las Vegas to lead on-floor safety and security across assigned sites. You will own incident response, investigations, and corrective actions while embedding safety into daily operations and culture.

Responsibilities include enforcing access controls, CCTV, and visitor protocols; driving regulatory compliance, training, and audits; and partnering with operations leaders and HR for continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 4+ years of health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance in fast-moving warehouses.
• Hands-on incident response, investigation, and corrective-action experience.
• Experience delivering frontline safety training and influencing site culture.
• Ability to partner with HR, Legal, and operations leadership on risk and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day safety and security program delivery at multiple sites.
• Own incident response, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Drive site-level safety program execution, training, and documentation.
• Oversee physical security controls, loss prevention, and access management.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping, regulatory readiness, and audits are compliant.
• Engage employees, model safety-first culture, and communicate with leadership.
