Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Site Hardware Product Integrity Engineering Manager to lead HPIE at the Secaucus manufacturing site, overseeing IQC, Metrology, Failure Analysis, RCCA and quality improvements.

You will mentor a team of engineers and technicians and partner with Manufacturing, Test Engineering, Product Engineering and Supplier Quality to ensure world-class quality, yield and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years in Hardware/Manufacturing Quality, Failure Analysis, Metrology or Reliability.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Hardware Product Integrity Engineering organization for the site (IQC, Metrology, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing Quality).
• Own site quality performance metrics, escapes, yield improvements and customer-impacting issues.
• Manage metrology operations, calibration systems, measurement analysis, and inspection readiness.
