Augment in Scottsdale, PA is hiring Landfill Laborers to support daily operations at an essential waste management site. This full-time, outdoor role involves active physical work, teamwork, and a safety-first culture.

You will pick up debris, direct traffic, help clean work areas, operate basic tools, and report hazards. Weekly pay and steady hours are offered, with opportunities to grow within environmental services.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Prior general labor, landscaping, construction, or sanitation experience is a plus—not required.

Responsabilités

• Pick up windblown debris and litter around the landfill and fence lines.
• Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles safely within the site.
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.
• Report hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Help ensure environmental and safety regulations are followed.
