Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews in Northern Virginia. You will read plans, organize and schedule work, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to meet cost, schedule, and production goals.

The role requires strong communication with field staff, vendors, inspectors, and owners’ reps, plus a commitment to safety and quality. Minimum 3 years of experience; base pay ranges from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervises their crew(s) and coordinates/assists the Project Management Team.

• Establishes positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Knowledgeable of material and equipment requirements.
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner.
