Job summary

Fox Drywall LLC in Sioux Falls seeks an experienced Site Foreman to lead commercial steel-stud framing, drywall, insulation, finishing, and related work in the Sioux Falls region. You’ll work with the crew on-site and take charge of planning, coordination, and production when the job demands it.

You will develop field crews, plan daily work, read drawings, track hours, and keep reports. The role requires a safety-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to take ownership of jobsite

Qualifications

Strong leadership to develop field crews and maintain safe, high-quality work.
Ability to read plans and coordinate framing, hanging, insulation and finishing.
Clear communication with general contractors and trades.
Familiarity with safety-focused processes and use of digital plans and timekeeping tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop field crews while maintaining safe, high-quality work.
Plan daily work, manpower, materials, and coordination with general contractors and other trades.
Use drawings and specifications to direct framing, hanging, insulation, finishing, and specialty work.
Track labor hours and progress against job budgets; spot problems and help solve them early.
Coordinate with the project manager, document changes, and keep concise daily reports.
