As a frontline supervisor, you will mentor crews, enforce quality standards, and uphold Ferrovial values across a dynamic, fast-paced worksite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 5 years as Foreman or Crew Supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Strong supervision, safety, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control construction projects to meet deadlines.
• Supervise subcontractors and staff; ensure safety and quality inspections.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and crews.
• Uphold company policies and implement performance standards.
• Backfill for superintendent as needed; overtime when required.
