Job summary

Ferrovial, through its Webber construction operations, is seeking a Foreman / Crew Supervisor in the United States. The role oversees field supervision, safety, and timely completion of heavy civil, waterworks, and infrastructure projects, reporting to the Project Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent reading, speaking, and writing English.
• 5 years' experience as a Foreman / Crew Supervisor within related industry and carpentry projects.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and provide supervision to the crew.
• Maintain communications with supervisors on job status and responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free jobsite.
