Job summary

Elsdon Group, a Columbia, SC-based construction contractor, is seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise field crews on industrial piping, utilities, grading and site development projects.

You will coordinate daily manpower, materials and equipment, ensure safety and quality, read plans, and work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers. A company truck is provided, supporting efficient field operations and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Foreman or similar field leadership role
• Experience with industrial piping, utilities, grading or site development
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment and jobsite safety
• Proven ability to lead and manage field crews
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents and subcontractors
• OSHA experience/certification is a plus
• $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
• Company truck provided

We are working with an established construction company based in Columbia, SC, specializing in industrial piping, underground utilities, grading and large-scale site development.

They are looking to add an experienced Foreman to their team to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
