Job summary

Kruger Products in Memphis seeks a Facilities Supervisor responsible for managing site buildings, grounds, utilities, alarm systems, and HVAC. The role includes direct supervision of an hourly team and collaboration with area departments to drive improvements and long-term value.

The position reports to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and involves coordinating renovations, inspections, and contractor oversight while ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and loss prevention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of supervision experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage projects with PM fundamentals.
• Proficient with management tools and communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovations, repairs, and inspections of buildings and grounds.
• Manage site utilities, alarm, and fire protection systems.
• Supervise Buildings and Grounds staff and contractors.
• Manage budgets and capital projects for facilities.
• Ensure environmental and safety procedures are followed.
