Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Site Engineer to lead on-site QA and progress tracking for major construction projects. You will use XYZ’s AR device to monitor BIM progress and report findings through the XYZ Platform, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have hands-on construction site experience, strong data accuracy, and comfort with digital tools. The role is on-site with opportunities to travel across the US on multimillion-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s AR device The Atom.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Submit QA issues to the client daily.
• Ensure QA workflows and standards are followed in all work.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting quality.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site for full project coverage.
• Assist the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
