Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver its core service on construction projects. You will track progress against BIM models, perform on-site quality inspections, and report findings through the XYZ platform.

Candidates should have practical construction experience, be able to adopt XYZ’s technology quickly, and work well with a team on a fast-paced site environment. The role is on-site with opportunities to travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure QA issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work following workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full project coverage.
• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
