Job summary

Placements24 seeks a practical Site Engineer for its East London construction team. You will oversee technical aspects of projects, set out works, manage site operations, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to maintain design integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, has at least four years of site experience, and demonstrates strong surveying and communication skills to drive projects to completion on a busy site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction engineering role.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and reading construction drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
