Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Site Engagement Lead to accelerate patient recruitment across sponsor sites and to educate healthcare professionals on study protocols and disease areas. You will maintain site records, analyze recruitment data, and stay current with therapeutic area knowledge while traveling as needed to engage with diverse sites and patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical trial experience are preferred.
• 1 year of immunology experience is desirable (dermatology preferred).
• 1 year in a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead type role is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas and regulatory considerations.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

• Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention
• Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols, procedures, and disease areas
• Engage with the public in formal health fairs or patient advocacy group events to provide approved, publicly available information.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies and improve enrollment outcomes.
• Conduct recruitment educational sessions and share best practices across sites.
• Maintain accurate records in internal reporting systems and manage
• Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience working in clinical trials
• 1 year of immunology experience; preferred dermatology
• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role
• Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation
• High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments
• Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude.
