Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Site EHS Specialist I to oversee field personnel compliance with EHS policies, programs, and regulations. The role includes conducting onsite audits, delivering safety trainings, and advancing a No Harm culture across the project site.

Responsibilities include developing safety plans, managing incident investigations, and ensuring proper documentation and regulatory adherence. Travel and shifted schedules are required to support field operations globally.

Qualifications

• Technical/University degree in industrial Safety or equivalent with 5+ years in EHS
• OSHA 30 Training completed
• NEBOSH National General Certificate or working towards safety qualification
• Knowledge of OHSA regulations and country safety requirements
• Proficiency in English language

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site EHS plans and communicate them to field teams
• Lead safety administration, risk management, training, and incident follow-ups
• Conduct site EHS audits/inspections and propose corrective actions
• Deliver site orientation and safety training for FieldCore personnel
• Review permits and lockout/tagout, hot work and confined spaces procedures
• Lead incident investigations and RCA to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate with customers on hazards and safety planning
• Ensure documentation and reporting in EHS systems like Gensuite
